                                          The founder and head of the law firm Bibicheff & Associates, P.C. is New York attorney Alexander Bibichev –                                            a graduate of one of the most prestigious higher education institutions in the United States, New York                                                      University School of Law, a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), author of the                                              bestselling book on immigration law “The Path to America,” as well as numerous publications in the                                                          American press, and host of the regular video section “Immigration News” on the YouTube internet portal.

                                          One of the most authoritative professional legal publications in the United States, the New York Law                                                          Journal, featured an article on the front page about an immigration federal case involving immigrants from                                              the former USSR, which attorney Alexander Bibichev won against the FBI and the U.S. Citizenship and                                                        Immigration Services in a U.S. federal court, securing a Green Card for his client.

                                          In 2015, his colleagues recognized him as a Super Lawyer.
